How to contact customer support

1. Submit a ticket


To send a request to our support service through the web version:

1. Log into your Cabinet (1).

2. Go to the Communication with Support (2) section, select Support and submit your request.

The response will be provided during working hours: from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 21:00 (UTC+2).

1. Open the Menu (1) in the application.

2. Select Support (2).

3. Click on Write to Support (3)

4. Open the Tickets (4) tab and submit your request.

2. Write in the chat in the app

To get help in real time through chat:


1. Open the Menu (1) in the app.

2. Select Support (2).

3. Press Write to Support (3).

4. Open the Chats tab (4) and start a chat with our specialist.
